With respect to the Scientific Research, ART-Fi warns the SAR measurement industry about a serious misleading communication

Following the publication in March 22, 2020 of an independent scientific article - written by Zicheng Liu[1], Djamel Allal[2], Maurice Cox[3] et Joe Wiart[4] - providing objective and expected details on the different types of SAR measurements, a communication from a SAR[5] system manufacturer diverted the conclusions of the study for doubtful purposes.

The conclusions demonstrate the scientific interest of new SAR measurement technologies, such as ART-FI's, and its strong development potential for the technological challenges like 5G. The authors also underline that historical measurement technologies can no longer be considered as references. The misleading communication from this SAR system manufacturer shows a strong misunderstanding of fundamental electromagnetism concepts and raises questions about compliance with scientific rules.

ART-Fi has contacted the authors of the article to alert them about this information published on manufacturer web site for them to react and take any appropriate action. ART-Fi has no doubt that the authors will confirm their own conclusions.

Moreover, this misleading communication from active members of standardization committees should warn the responsible institutions.
ART-Fi confirms its breakthrough measurement technology investment (D-PHASE): its vector radiofrequency technology is the only one that naturally addresses wideband signals generating the best realism & measurement precision. ART-Fi strengthens its collaborations with institutions, scientists and manufacturers. The aim is to use technological innovation to genuinely meet market players and consumers expectations. ART-Fi confirms that the SAR measurement technology evolution remains in fact, a tremendous opportunity for the industry.
