ART-Fi launches a Scientific & Innovation Council (SIC)

ART-Fi is proud to announce the creation of its Scientific and Innovation Council (SIC), made up with international renown researchers and experts. They provide strategic advice, a holistic view of market trends and their experience in scientific and technological innovation.

Mathias FINK is Professor at the ESPCI, Georges Charpak chair, member of "Académie des Sciences", founder of the laboratory that became the Langevin Institute. His research was awarded by many scientific awards and his work has led to the creation of 6 start-ups employing more than 400 engineers and researchers.

“The technology developed by ART-Fi to measure the electromagnetic field absorbed by a smartphone’s user is very original (SAR measurement). It exploits the principles of multi-spectral holography and by using the direct measurement of the phase and the inversion of Maxwell's equations, it allows to reach an unbeatable precision compared to other techniques. It is without context a technological breakthrough", tells Mathias FINK.

Alain Bravo is the French National Academy of Technologies Honorary President. His accomplishments include founding SFR: one of France’s leading mobile phone network operator and related telecommunication services.

Philippe Lucas is Orange’s Executive Vice President, Customer Equipment & Partnerships, in charge of the Group’s worldwide portfolio devices innovation.

He is one of the founders of the Open Mobile Alliance, and has been Chair of eSIM GSMA activity, and Chair of Standardisation & Innovation Committee of the French Federation of Telecommunication.

Alain Pouyat is the former IT Director and CTO at Bouygues Group. He is currently President of DiginoTech.

He is a French National Academy of Technologies member, in charge of industry and services.

Ronan SAULEAU is a professor and director of IETR at Rennes University. He is a several international awards winner for his research activity on antennas, bio electromagnetics, electromagnetics researches, and human exposure to electromagnetic waves radiations.

He has received 17 patents and is the author or coauthor of more than 250 journal papers and 530 publications in international conferences and workshops. He is an IEEE fellow.

"The constitution of this Scientific and Innovation Council demonstrates the scientific excellence of ART-Fi and strengthens its strategic orientations", underlines Stéphane Pannetrat, CEO of ART-Fi.

"ART-Fi's SIC Members gather high scientific skills and strong business experience. They have demonstrated excellence in fundamental physics and applied sciences, along with their tremendous background in the development, innovation and standardization of the telecommunication technologies and industries will foster the company development", says Lyazid ABERBOUR, Chief Scientific Officer at ART-Fi.
